Shipping Methods
Unless otherwise specified, Sharper Wear will schedule most shipments using UPS Ground (most cost-effective). All shipping costs will be included on the order invoice unless a third party shipping account is provided. Sharper Wear may also use the following shipping services.

Split Shipments
Customers have the option of having merchandise shipped to multiple locations directly from the factory. It is the responsibility of the account manager to assist the customer in making all necessary arrangements for the shipments. Note that some vendors we deal with may require split shipments fees to be assessed (unless the customer chooses to use their own shipping account).

International Shipping Services
Sharper Wear is happy to ship internationally to most countries outside the continental U.S. and Canada. To ship internationally, Sharper Wear uses UPS Global Shipping Services. However, you have the option of using your preferred shipping company and forwarder. A Sharper Wear representative will need to collect your shipping account as well as make any special arrangements.

Currently, we offer the following UPS International Shipping Solutions:

  1.  By Sea (20+ days)
  2.  By Air (5-7 days)
  3.  Overnight Delivery (Selected international cities)

The customer will be responsible for all customs, duties, tariffs, VAT taxes, and any other charges imposed by your country's Customs office. Sharper Wear cannot guarantee a delivery date since orders may be delayed by the local Customs office and by security efforts.

Shipping Disclaimer
All orders are shipped FOB from the factory or warehouse, after which Sharper Wear is no longer responsible for the merchandise. Sharper Wear will not be held liable or responsible for any consequential or special damages arising from any delay in delivery as a result of shipper negligence, inclement weather and/or acts of God. Should any shipping issues arise, we will do our best to work with the customer and the shipper to resolve any problems and/or claims. Sharper Wear will also extend to the customer any and all guarantees or warrantees made to us by the shipping company. Shipping insurance may be purchased from UPS and FedEx at additional cost to the customer.

Internet Fraud
Due to the growing concern of Internet fraud, Sharper Wear will not do business nor will it ship to countries in Eastern Europe, Africa (excluding Egypt and South Africa), Indonesia, Lebanon, and Pakistan. Sharper Wear has the right to refuse business from any country and/or buyer for any reason.
