You also agree that you are abiding by international copyright laws and that any logo/artwork submitted to Sharper Wear for reproduction does not infringe upon any copyrights, trademarks, contract rights, moral rights, or rights of public performance, and it does not violate or infringe upon any common law or statutory right of any person or entity.

In addition, you also agree to be responsible for any and all claims or suits made against Sharper Wear as a result of any unlawful or negligent use of logo/artwork on your part. Furthermore, you agree to pay any fines, lawyer fees, court costs and/or office expenses that are a direct result of any and all negligence or unlawful behavior, in part or in its entirety, by you or any third parties associated with you and/or your organization.

By submitting artwork/logo to Sharper Wear, you agree to act lawfully and abide by our policies as well as domestic and international copyright laws, and furthermore, will not hold Sharper Wear, responsible or liable for any losses or claims brought against you as a result of any and all negligent or unlawful behavior in part or in its entirety by you or any third parties associated with you and or your organization.
